Chapter V – Dancing, Dinner, Desserts, and Delight

After our beautiful and heartfelt ceremony, we boarded the boat again to make our way back to Whidbey Island. We laughed, enjoyed a Martinelli's toast with some delicious tartlet appetizers, and signed the paperwork to make our union official! Then we arrived back at the house to do our wedding portraits, have our first dance, and enjoy the four course dinner that we had waiting for us! Unfortunately the light for our portraits was less than optimal in the house. Ashley, our awesome photographer, offered to do more portraits for us at a later date, so we will have some bonus newlywed photos! Then for the highlight of our night, we enjoyed an amazing four course dinner made especially for us by Brooke, the awesome chef who imagined all of our favorite foods and made them the centerpieces of our day.
